This fee compensates for time, expertise, and effort involved in the search process.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eNo Guaranteed Timeframe\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eThere is no guaranteed timeframe for locating the requested item. Sourcing depends on item availability and market conditions.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eCommunication \u0026amp; Options\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eClients will be provided with up to 6 carefully curated item options that meet the criteria outlined during the initial consultation or intake process.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eService Forfeiture\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eIf the Client fails to respond within 10 business days of receiving options, the sourcing service will be considered forfeited. No further sourcing will be provided under the same fee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eClient Responsibility\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eIt is the Client’s responsibility to provide clear, accurate preferences and respond promptly. Changes to item preferences after options are sent may require a new sourcing fee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eItem Purchase \u0026amp; Authenticity Guarantee\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eAll purchases are made directly through The Vintage Ave. We guarantee the authenticity of all items sourced. Clients will receive a final invoice for their chosen item, which must be paid in full before the item is ordered or delivered. No third-party platforms or alternative purchasing methods are used.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eScope of Service\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eThis fee covers a single item request. Requests for additional or significantly different items will require a new sourcing fee.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEach sourcing request is active for a period of 6 months from the date of fee payment. If the requested item has not been located within this period, The Vintage Ave will reach out to the Client with a status update and offer the option to renew the search for an additional 6-month period or to change the item sourced. Renewal requires payment of a new sourcing fee, however it will be offered at a 50% discounted rate. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf the Client does not respond to the renewal offer within 5 business days, or chooses not to renew, the sourcing request will be considered closed.
