Do you have a condition guide?

Please refer to our condition guide that we use to accurately describe each item:

Pristine: Flawless; new with tags or never worn.

Excellent: Has no obvious flaws in appearance, but may have a small imperfection. Please note that since these are vintage bags, unless the item is stated as "new", it will have some minimal wear.

Great: Well-maintained with very minimal evidence of handling (i.e. minor interior stains, slight corner wear, etc) which will be depicted in the photos and description.

Good/Used: Apparent stains, scratches, or wear; not perfect in appearance but the integrity of the item is intact. Wear is disclosed in photos and description.

Are items authentic designer pieces?

Yes. All of our items have been authenticated by in-house and third-party experts such as Real Authentication, Entrupty, and Authenticate First. All handbags will also include our certificate of authenticity (items that are eligible for a certificate will say so in the description of item).

We also offer an authenticity guarantee! If the Item is PROVEN FAKE (Proof MUST be provided), we will accept a return and will provide you with a full refund. No proof will result as a non-considerable return and will not be refunded. We always authenticate every product. However, we offer this guarantee.

When should I expect my item to be shipped?

Your item will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for an item after it is shipped. In the case that an item is returned to us due to it being unclaimed from post office, we will be subtracting shipping costs and a 3% restocking fee from your refund.

Are items returnable?

Due to the unique nature of our sourcing and carefully curated inventory, all sales are final. So, please review the bag carefully and ask any questions before you purchase.

In rare and specific circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and if accepted, a 3% restocking fee will be deducted.

Do you buy items as well?

Yes, we offer consignment services for a select number of clients. Please contact us via the contact section with a short summary of item, condition, and brand and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Where do you ship?

We ship both domestically and internationally with standard rates applying. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Please make sure your address is correct when purchasing as we are not responsible for an item after shipment. If an item gets returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to pick up at postal office, we will be subtracting a 3% restocking fee.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, Please Read:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom office to determine what these costs will be prior to buying. If there is a remote charge for your address, we will charge you for the additional costs.
