The Vintage Ave (“TVA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides access to a marketplace for sales of luxury resale items. By accessing or purchasing from www.shopvintageave.com, (the “Site”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. Use of Website
All content on this Site, including images, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and copy — is the property of The Vintage Ave and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
2. Product Condition & Vintage Disclaimer
All items sold by The Vintage Ave are pre-owned and vintage unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of vintage goods:
- Signs of wear, aging, and minor imperfections are normal and expected.
- Condition is described and photographed to the best of our ability.
- Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all photos and descriptions prior to purchase.
- Natural aging, softening of leather, hardware wear, or subtle marks are not considered defects.
3. Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by The Vintage Ave is guaranteed 100% authentic.
Items are authenticated through a combination of:
- In-house inspection
- Technology-based authentication tools (such as Entrupy, when applicable)
- Independent third-party authentication services
In the highly unlikely event an item is proven counterfeit by a reputable third-party authentication service, we will accept a return and issue a full refund upon verified proof.
4. All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Fit preference.
- Styling preference.
- Minor wear consistent with vintage condition, which is stated in the description and via our Condition Guide.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:
We reserve the right to provide all documentation to the payment processor, including product descriptions, authentication documentation, shipment confirmation, and communication history.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be actively disputed.
6. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are processed within the stated processing timeframe.
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
The Vintage Ave is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Buyers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate.
7. Pricing & Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
8. Sourcing Services (If Applicable)
Sourcing services are custom and personalized.
- Sourcing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Once a sourced item is approved and purchased on your behalf, it is considered final sale.
We are not responsible for changes of preference after approval.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Vintage Ave shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Cleaning or repair attempts performed by third parties after purchase
- Natural wear and aging after purchase
- Misuse or improper storage of items
All items are sold as-is.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
